In case of non-availability of products customer has right to ask for available alternative or cancel the order and money will be refunded as per the product price.

In case the customer refuses to accept a package or if the shipment is retuned due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer; shipping, packing and return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

No return will be entertained by end user but if you are retailer or doctor ( bulk purchaser ) then the return can be entertained based on certain condition like Manufacturer return policy, exchange offer available , payment negotiations etc.

Once the order cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the products from AYURVEDAMEGAMALL However, the time taken by your bank or card may vary.
